Another juror qualification questionnaire

I was summoned for jury duty in April of this year. I already received another juror qualification questionnaire. There was an option to complete it online, which is what I just did. But after I answered yes to the question asking if I served as a juror within the last six years I was told that I have to mail proof of that. There was no option to upload the proof or to email it. Not sure why that is.
If I am completing the questionnaire online I shouldn't be required to mail in the proof. Otherwise, what's the point of doing that online? May as well just fill out the paper questionnaire and mail it in with the proof.
I ended up emailing the commissioner of jurors asking them if I can email the proof or if mailing is the only option. Will see what they say.
If mailing is the only option I will have to go to the library and try and make a copy of the letter as I don't have a scanner or printer at home.

Kayla explained the reason for mailing in the document. Make sure you keep a copy for yourself.

Will see if they will reply to my email. Just checked the questionnaire and on it it says to mail a copy of certificate of service. Doesn’t say must mail the original.

@LindaOHio they replied to my email and said I can email them proof of service. They didn’t say to which email though. I replied and asked them that and now wait on the reply. I’m assuming it’s the same email I wrote initially to ask if it can be emailed but I want to confirm.
I don’t have a scanner so I took a pic of the letter. I hope that will work.

Well, seems I can email it. I took a pic as no scanner and will attach that in the email. Just waiting to see which email to send to. Can’t believe they told me I can email but didn’t include email address to send to.

I still haven't heard back from them as to what email to send it to. Perhaps I should just send it to the same email I wrote originally.
