Trump is in litigation hell right now. He is the plaintiff in a few of the courts too but, here is a list of some of the ones he is the defendant in: * Real estate business issues in New York = possible insurance and tax fraud(civil suit) * Campaign lawsuits in Wisconsin, Georgia, Arizona, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Michigan. Voter fraud lawsuit with Giuliani and Jenna Ellis. * Sexual misconduct and assault. Four of them are listed. * COVID-19 * Possible witness tampering(I think this one is in Georgia) * Defamation suit after Trump accused E.Jean Carrol of fabricating a rape allegation against him. * Employee lack of payment. (Thousands of $$ owed in overtime.) * Misrepresentation and fraud to inflate net worth(this is with his three adult children as well) * Capital Police officer lawsuit against Trump for wrongful conduct. And this doesn't even note the documents or insurrection charges he could get. Like obstruction of justice, treason, and several others. One thing to remember though is that Trump can choose to invoke the 5th Amendment as much as he likes. In criminal cases, Trump's silence can't hurt him but in a civil case, jurors may be instructed that they should presume that his answers would have hurt him. So in a criminal case, his silence can't hurt him but in a civil case, it can. Trump has recently started legal proceedings to set up a new business and establish it in Deleware. This is probably because he may lose the civil suit again him in New York and if so, he won't be able to do business in New York state for five years. There could also be fines and other restrictions.
