We visited a reptile zoo a couple of days ago and entered this enclosure where we could see a few iguanas face to face. This orange iguana captured our attention. It is beautiful, but a little scary isn't it?! It's toes are long and able to cling to trees easily, but it's face is .... Hmmmmm. . . interesting! The spiny back also makes it look menacing. It didn't bother looking at us and ignored us completely!!

Its head blends into the background really well. He does look a bit fierce though.

Thankfully, even up close, he didn't try to do anything sinister.
