I mean really, how could I pick anything other than this Leslie Nielsen comedy? I know there are plenty of much deeper and more meaningful movies that I could of used for the start of this series. But this is one of my favorite classic comedies. How could it not be? It stars Leslie Freakkin Nielsen. If you are unfamiliar with this movie, it is a very Naked Gun comedy. It is a spoof movie that makes fun of the disaster movies that were popular and made in the 1970s. It is very campy, spoofy humor and is a great movie to watch if you have had a bad day and need a laugh. There is actually a second movie as well, but the original is actually way better. Anyway the passengers get food poisoning, the main character is basically stalking his ex girlfriend who is a flight attendant on the plane and the pilot is played by Leslie Nielsen. So it's got all the things that make a good comedy. It's something you should make sure to watch, even if just once. I promise that you will laugh through the whole movie.
