The man in the other side said that he was a doctor, a traumatologist from a hospital.
He sounded as if he was eating something and he way he talked and the things he said were fishy. I even seemed to listed as if he was eating something. And doctors don´t eat while they call to tell of (I knew what he would say next) an accident.
So I insisted what exactly did he want to tell me. And meanwhile I was very much worried for my bratwurst. I knew that Claudia would not contact me now, specially since she knew that I wasn´t going out. And Tania is not living here.
I wonder, why don´t they take away cellphones from the hands of jailbirds? But then, people in jail also get weapons. So I hung up and now I ldon´t answer it. Most people call me to the cellphone is I don´t answer the other.
I am curious. Where should I take money to save my daughter? granddaughter? grandson? other? S lives???
I´m old but not senile yet. I will fight against scammers. Do you have those where you live?

We have scammers asking for credit card donations, I hang up on them. One claimed to be collecting donations for the police officers. Jay knew this was a scam.

@marguicha That is so irritating. I get the calls so often I usually carry the phone with me.

Once someone told me that those cops were made from people who were in jails but had contacts with other people who would gey the money.

I suppose so, but therefore I am lucky I have no mobile phone or any phone I make calls if I need to or send messages through an Internet site Textnow, and my Gmail is good at putting the right mail into the Spam folder which I just delete,

He wanted to speak to me. He said he was a doctor and was calling me from a hospital. I thought it was fishy as his accent was not as cultivated as a doctor´s. Then, listening to him and asking him to tell me what was all about, I seemed to listen that he was munching something while talking. Doctors don´t do that.

I'm glad you were not taken in by a scammer. I don't answer the phone unless I recognize the number.

I was once very worried as I could hear someone with the same tone of Claudia´s voice crying. Fortunatly all that was done through the line phone so I dialed Claudia by the other phone and asked her where she was. Working, she answered and I hung up. From then on I could take care of the situation. And the bad guys gave up.

Nope traumatologist is very new to me for I never heard of that kind of doctor.
