Good afternoon from here in the Philippines. It's 12:45pm of Friday here. Today is my rest day. Actually, this is my 2nd day of rest day already. Been back only now because I'm sleeping the whole day yesterday (Thursday) because of over-fatigue. Anyway, just sharing to you that I've tried to create a vlog about Key Performance Indicator (KPI) in relation of Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO).
