Happy November 1 to all. We have a stormy weather starting Saturday and until now Tuesday. But today once in a while the sun will shine and then it will get dark again and it will rain again.
I was sad in the news that typhoon Paeng death toll reach like 100 people. I feel the storm this time although there were no signal announce in our place I feel the strong winds and rain. People didn't prepare for this typhoon.
Unlike in September the storm signal reach up to Signal no. 5 but I really don't feel that typhoon. We had a family gathering on Sunday since my other relatives from my father side need to visit the cemetery of our grandparents.

Yes I see the wind gets stronger and very fast but it didn't last long. Hope this will be the last this year

We were in Tagaytay last Saturday at the time when Typhoon was still about to landfall. When we reached the place, we knew that it was already Typhoon Signal #3 already but we continued to our destination. We were booked for a long weekend because of the long holidays but then the typhoon just passes by the place so we weren't able to go around places as we have planned and just stay at our booked place for the night. by 9 in the evening, powers were cut off but were restored by 2 am. We weren't able to sleep because the rain was just too strong.
Good thing the rains stopped the next day although still cloudy and we were able to roam around though it was still really foggy. We stayed for another night there before leaving the place on the 31st and proceeded home.

@averygirl72 We enjoyed the trip except for the one day that we had to really stay indoors to be safe.

That I think is the longest storm. Usually the storm is just one day and the next day it is sunny. This typhoon starts on Saturday and continue until yesterday it was still raining. Only today the sky has totally cleared up. Sorry to know your Tagaytay trip is affected by the typhoon. We also had brownout here.

We felt the wrath of the typhoon here in my province in the evening of October 30 while Paeng was already about to leave. The wind was so strong. It lasted until yesterday evening. I am glad that the sun is already out today.

Hope everything is fine now. Storms are really very disturbing. I too don't like storms.

As of today Wednesday the sky is blue and clear no more grey clouds and the sun is shining brightly so I think the storm is gone now
