Vietnamese chicken- A need for some change.

I cooked my chicken in the Vietnamese style and had it on Sunday and today. Cooking chicken in the same Indian style everytime sometimes turns boring so I cooked it in the Vietnamese style that I saw on Facebook. The chicken is cooked mostly with soya sauce, vinegar an brown sugar. Onion, garlic and ginger are ingredients too. The taste is completely different. I loved it. I love cooking the same thing in different styles.

Yes, I did enjoy but I think I should make some improvements next time I make it. The taste of the marinating and sauces did not go into the meat.

I like chicken too but it should be spicy, cooked and fried well. I can't take boiled chicken.

Your Vietnamese chicken would be something i would enjoy. All the seasonings are a delicious combination.
I like cooking the same thing in different ways too. It can get boring making the same thing over and over.
