I take my afternoon naps now but not when I worked. I worked for long hours.

I am very regular with my afternoon power nap of 20_45 minutes. It's like a power booster for me. If I miss it, I am cranky by late evening and not productive at all. This nap helps me stay active and productive till my bed time.

The cranky part - I get it. We are in the same boat as it seems

I always took a half hour nap at my lunch time. I don't know that it boosts creativity but it helped me feel like getting things done during the second half of my day.
