Ego seems to be taking over the world. Putin in Russia and the right here in the US. As a line in a song reads: "making us act more like children than children.
So true! There are some US citizens who need to look at what they are able to have and enjoy in this democracy and try to think of others and not just themselves. Also, our representatives need to be looking at how to make lives better instead of being self-involved and looking for new ways to fill their pockets.
Senators and governors are supposed to be working for all people, not just themselves. I think that many have forgotten this. Some of them have some very crazy ideas about what is right for this country.
Three more days until election day. Please vote with our democracy in mind.

I am so confused with this election. Even if democracy wins, its not looking good for long run. Very well said though and I am not sure that people even know what this country was founded on.

Democracy did win out. And if the Republicans get a hair somewhere and try to get something weird or extreme passed Biden will veto it.

@celticeagle It wasn't bad, wasn't so positive either. A true dog fight for sure and that is true Biden will get last say which is actually a good thing here now but its not looking good in long run.
Country cannot go on this way, they need to determine what they want. You want freedom or is it failed and lets be ruled by people that tell us what to do. Instead of the people telling them what to do.

@crossbones27 .........And, altho he still has a base, it isn't much. People don't want a loser like him. I think that people have spoken and we'll have to see if they will continue on down the line.
