Do you guys have an app you prefer to use for music?

I love Spotify, and I use the paid version, except once in awhile I have to switch to the free version on those months where things are crazy tight. I've used Apple but didn't like it as well as I do Spotify. And while we are discussing, do you stick with one certain genre or do you listen to anything. My husband laughed so hard one day as I was listening thru my speakers rather than my earbuds. David Cassidy was playing one of those teeny bop songs (since I want to remember the name, of course, I can't) and the next song was Ozzy's "Crazy Train." Hubby said I went from one extreme to the other.

I use YouTube for music just type in what I like and a lot of times it’ll create an automatic play list works great for me when I’m writing since I can put my phone down let it play music while I get to work

@CarolDM Oh me too! I was singing along to Dobie Greys "Give me the beat" and my 6 year old grandson asked me who sang it and I told him and he told me, "then let him sing." The little turd!

I had Apple for a long time since I have the iphone but I guess I've just used Spotify for so long that to me it's easier.

I used to sear by Amazon Music, and my husband still uses it. But, I've found I like Apple Music just as good. And, it works with Siri much better. And my beats fit pro. Every time I've tried to use Siri to play music, she'll tell me Amazon hasn't added support for her. So, Apple it is.

@NanaMc Yeah, I know. But, you know Apple and their walled garden. Their stuff works with their stuff. But, now, with matter, that's about to change. At least in terms of the smart home space.

Oh wow!! That's crazy that in technology now, that one doesn't support the other.

I like 60s and 70s music with an occasional 80s tune. I don't like most country, hard rock, heavy metal or hip hop. I mostly listen/watch YouTube music videos and listen to the Oldies station in the car.
