Lunar Eclipse too far

I saw the red or blood moon tonight. When I tried to take a picture of it, it was so small and pixel. Good thing for youtube there's some one who took a live video of it.
The smaller one in the picture was the one I took. It was so far away from our location.
We had a red moon before but it was bigger, I didn't even bother to look back then.

That is a good pic. It was rainy and very windy last night. I would not have gone outside, I tried to glimpse it through the windows and skylight, but could not see it.

Good thing you were able to witness it yourself. I was too tired to go out and look for it myself. I also noticed that an ordinary CP cannot get a real picture of it as one of my co-workers tried to catch it using his CP as a camera but when it shows a regular moon and could not get the redness of it.

@Letranknight2015 Yes, you need a powerful camera that could get a clear shot of it. Ordinary cellphone will not get the perfect picture unless you buy some special lenses that you could put in camera lens to make it clear.

At least you got to see it. We have thick clouds so couldn't see it when my daughter and I went out to look at it.

@Letranknight2015 We were hoping to see it through the clouds. It was the last lunar eclipse we'd be able to see until 2025.
