I Feel so Old

Lately I feel like I am so tired and drained. I have painful legs, I feel old even when I am not yet! I feel my energy being sucked up and I don’t feel happy. I don’t have any breathing issues if you think that. I am also having cholesterol medicines. I do all the work around the house like mopping and vrooming and washing and cleaning. But my energy levels are so low. I am so tired most of the time. I feel this time when I go to my doctor I am going to let her know how I feel. What are your tips to feel like energetic or active and happy? Like do you recommend me doing or eating anything that may help me?

If you are tired all the time, it is very possible that your body is low on iron. You should ask to your doctor for serious supplements, the over the counter are not enough.

I have a severe knee pain since a few days. I am using an oil ointment and hot message twice a day. You can take dry fruits with warm milk that will boost up your energy.

I never have milk maybe that’s the reason? Today m going to warm some milk with nutmeg and turmeric and jaggery before bed. Hope it gives me good sleep

I'm sorry you're so tired all the time. One thing that helps a lot, and I don't know if you are or not, but getting rid of all negative thoughts. Negative thoughts are depressing, stressful, and can cause tiredness. Do something positive every day. When you do, you will see a change in attitude, and you won't be as tired. A change in diet could also help. But changing your attitude will help more.

You are absolutely correct on this. And you have hit the right spot here. I do have negative thoughts lately and I can assume that you might have guessed that from my posts as well. I seriously need to set myself free of worries. I need a small break from my regular day. I hope you are doing well, Valerie.
