Today was a good day. I slept in, getting up at 3:30 instead of 2:30.
I'm thankful for the exercise I got on the bike today and the exercise class. Without going into a lot of detail, here is the bottom line.
Weight - 203.4, I will weigh myself once a week.
Bike - 5 Miles - 23.48 Minutes
Exercise Class - 45 Minutes
Total exercise - 68.45 minutes
Food - Breakfast - 475 calories, Fiber 15
Lunch - 440 calories, Fiber 9
Snack - 202 calories, Fiber 9
Supper - 140 calories
Grand Total - 1257 calories, Fiber 33
I'm thankful for the work I did today on my Christmas novel. I now have over 10K words. It's going well.
I'm thankful I was here with you. It's always a pleasure to see what you are doing in your part of the world.
I'm thankful for food. I'm eating meat again and enjoying it.
I'm thankful for Christmas movies, even stupid ones like the one I watched today. It was okay. Nothing to write about though.
I'm thankful I'm alive to experience all that life gives me, the ups, the downs, and the sane moments when things come together the way they should.

I am thankful that my relatives bought clothing from the Salvation Army like a sweater and long pants this afternoon since the cold weather is coming this week.

I am thankful that we can still help our friend who is now 93. He has a car and can still drive but he is not driving that good anymore so he still has us take him to the store.
He walks really fast and is in good health but he says he is scared to drive to much. He just drives short trips.

i'm thankful the wind stopped howlin' 'bout time fer feedin' this eve. 'twas wicked, bone chillin' cold most'f the day. complete with yer fav ~ snow. the sun came out'ta hidin', winds calmed 'n 'twas a lovely 2 hours 'fore darkness.
