People have got use to Work from home even after pandemic in India!!

Hi guys, Hope you all are doing good. I am doing well too. Almost everyone use to work from home during the pandemic. Even after Covid is gone or has reduced, people in India have got use to "Work from Home" system. I believe many people like to work from home as it saves time, energy, fuel etc. People like to work from their comforts of home. Working professionals especially for females it serves best. One can look after family especially children as well as can do their job. Many companies gave flexible work timings for work from home during pandemic which made life convenient for working professionals. I feel everything has pros and cons. The cons are people have lost human touch or conmect which use to be there when working physically in office. There are some people who shuts audio and video during Zoom meetings. It was a new work culture which started in India due to the pandemic. There are still certain sectors and companies who are allowing "Work for Home" for their employees . Other people are back to office and finding it difficult to adjust with office job again but slowly gradually it becomes a habit. That's beauty of us humans, once we get habituated then are able to adjust in that environment. Let me know your thoughts about it. Which one do you prefer working from home or working in office.
