Hibiscus at church

The church grounds are mostly sandy with wild grass patches, but there are flowering plants right next to the building and the small pathway which make the place very beautiful I like this hibiscus (i hope it is one!) For two reasons: It's petals are more complex and have a fuller design with layers than the usual hibiscus. The central stamen stands out in a different way - it's shorter and structured differently. This one was nestled between leafy branches. Is this a hibiscus?

@pitstop They are called "double hibiscus" because they have more petals than a regular hibiscus.

It looks lovely. I am glad you have stopped to observe its nuances.

I'm not so familiar with flowers. I knew only a few, roses, orchids, baby breath and carnations. . It looks beautiful though, almost like a rose.

I'm very bad at identifying flowers too and just enjoy their beauty.
