Fasting

Have you tried intermittent fasting ? Right now I was trying to lose my weight because it not proportion with my height , I am overweight. I google it and I was confuse if I will going to continue it, some say it's bad , and some say it'is effective.

I don't need to lose weight but if I needed to I wouldn't starve myself, I would just eat smaller healthy meals.

Intermittently fasting will so you good, I guess. I did intermittent fasting a lot but not for losi6my weight. I did it for health reasons.

You should just eat smaller portion and more fresh vegetables and fruits.

@abe2547 If you can fast for 12 hours every day you would be good. I do not think it is risky.

Eating smaller portions is a lot better than fasting. If you fast, every time you eat your body tries to "store" the food fearing the next deprivation of food.

@abe2547 It's good if you tell me about intermittent fasting. I can say that intermittent fasting is very good and easy to do. I say that because I've been doing it for more than 15 years, and I'm grateful to be able to maintain my ideal weight so far. Glad to share it with you, and maybe you should try it because it is without side effects. And, in addition to that fasting can reduce or even eliminate toxic-toxic in the body almost at no cost.
