Hello, all!
My stomach still feels a bit full from last night.
I sent a text to my neighbor to see when a good time would be to come over. In the meantime, I sent the people a text asking if they could send the form to my email instead of my phone.
Right now, I need to have breakfast and coffee, and then go for a morning walk.
Have a super morning/afternoon/evening/etc. in your part of myLot land, and I will "see" you all later !

If we are what we eat there are a lot of turkeys walking around today.
Hope you had a great Thanksgiving, and have a good day today!

If that were the case, that would make me a turkey/ham hybrid.
My Thanksgiving was good--much to thank God for. Hope yours was great as well !

@xstitcher — I’m blessed beyond measure, so I have much to be thankful for as well.

Enjoy your morning walk. Walking is good exercise without straining your muscles so much. It's also good for old people like me and would not cost you anything - just the fresh air, or morning breeze and a safe place where one can take a brisk walk.

@xstitcher Yes, I also walk on a slow pace. What's important is to exercise those muscles.

Oh, I bet you're not much older than me.
And yes, you don't have to have a gym membership or anything like that to go for a walk. But I don't walk that briskly.
