Continuing from my previous post :
I continued my ascents and descents the hill road. It was not difficult for the most part, but not very easy for someone from Plains.
My admiration for the Mountain folks who trudge many miles in a day on even more steep ascents or descents increased even more.
Anyways, I did take one or two breaks in between.
I
a)Rehydrated with water.
b)Sat or just stood at some points and took pictures, and a few videos as well.
Not like a Professional photographer but in my own way.
c)Admired things along the way.
I have shared a few pictures combined in a collage. There was one Sunrise point also where one can take some really nice selfies/mountain view pictures.
When I reached the main Kasauli market, I took a picture of the Church, which is of the 19th century origin.
I then bought a few things from a local shop. I found one warm long pair of warm socks at a good rate.
Then I went to a popular shop for breakfast. It has been frequented by celebrities, vloggers and also got certified by top travel sites like TripAdvisor.
I had a sweet thing and a special "Bun Samosa" (Samosa filling in a Bun).
The market was well crowded and all sorts of people were coming there.
A lot to be observed there !
After some time, I started by walk back to the Hotel to get ready for the afternoon-evening time. Solo trips can have their own fun!
............. To be continued......
Images :
[b]More sights of the Hill Road and surroundings, a few points showing different landmarks in the town of Kasauli, a board showing local places' distances

Continuing from my previous post : One Day. It could mean nothing or insignificant for some and perhaps all at some time. Or it could seem something like...

Even mine was for a few miles as well.
But it is a good thing that I got some good walking practice.
I was getting lesser walking opportunities for two years due to Covid factor and some lockdowns.
Now I try to be more active in terms of walking.

Indeed regular walk is so vital.
I am trying to be more regular but at times, work needs cause me to change my plans.

Thank you for appreciating.
This place has a typical old world charm and well, some come to it just for some fun and excitement.
For me, it's getting refreshed and feeling some connection with the ambience and the nature there.

Yes you are right. The colors and the sights would be much more greater or majestic than what the picture conveys !
