Lunch with fresh groceries.

I will make a steak sandwich at lunch with a slice of tomato and a small piece of hot chile. And now I can make mayo with my fresh eggs.
I don´t know how many years have gone by since I last bought mayo. I make my own, keep it in a small tupperware in the fridge and it is much better than the one with additives.
The secret is to make a not so big amount, cover it well and keep it cold. And I always use a clean spoon to take some out of the container.

Your lunch with homemade mayonnaise, what a wonderful treat! I haven't decided yet, what my afternoon meal might end up being. Maybe a chicken&tomato sandwich with a Swiss cheese slice:)

@kobesbuddy Mine too. I am not too interested in turkey and I love lamb but it is too expensive here.

That sounds so good. I cannot find good fresh tomatoes they usually taste like nothing so I stick to canned diced tomatoes, Today I had some fries and chicken nuggets,
