I was surprised to see on TV the good senator - Ted Cruz - playing professional poker. According to an article Senator Cruz played with popular professional poker players for charity. As expected liberals made so much noise about it. His fellow Republicans and conservatives praised him for playing poker for charity. All of the players including the senator donated the money they won to charity. What do you think about politicians playing poker for charity if invited? Good or bad?

Considering he's playing for a charity I see no problem in him accepting the invitation. I also wish him luck and hope he wins big for the charity.

I think it's okay if the money is going to charity. I'm useless at poker but I enjoy other card games.

It’s a free country. They can doas they choose as long as they don’t break the law.

I don't understand politics, but I think everyone can do what they like as long as it doesn't hurt others.
