Wednesday Dinner

I love salmon

My husband is going to pick up his son from his moms and they will eat while they are out. My oldest daughter is at her boyfriends and so it’s just the baby, my son and I. I don’t need to make a big meal for that so I’ll see if we have any tuna helper to make my son then I’ll probably just eat cereal or celery and peanut butter. I’m exhausted. Was wondering if you are reading any Christmas books? I was trying to go through my totes to find my Christmas crafting stuff to make a card for @Courtlynn and her mom but couldn’t dig deep enough to find it or even the store bought cards . I did find another big stack of books to read to the baby and a book for myself. I hope to get time to read it before Christmas. I look forward to Christmas books every year.

I'm not a fan of salmon but hope your dinner turns out good. I made some white rice for dinner as I wasn't that hungry but knew I should eat something. I also had ice cream for dessert as I had the craving.

Jay is making turkey enchiladas either tonight or tomorrow night. He does this once a year, the week after Thanksgiving. If he decides not to do this, we will warm up barbecued spareribs, from before the holiday.

We had potato and cauliflower sauted with spices and herbs, a paneer dish( cottage cheese similar to tofu) and some mango pickle. We had them with chapati ( Indian bread).
