Well, likely won't get to those dishes until tomorrow .

Or, later tonight. I probably could do them now, but my husband's kind of all over the place and while I'm fast, I'm not that fast. He wants to work some more on our holiday decorations, so there's that. I put the cat up and all that. That way we can go in and out freely without having to worry about him. Gives me more time to play catch up since it's been a few hours between posts.

My kids say I am weird about the kitchen and bathroom sinks. I guess I am. I can't go to bed if there is anything at all in the sink. It has to be either in the dishwasher, or, if pots/pans, I feel I have to wash and dry them and put them away. The sink has to be clean. The bathroom sinks have to be clean, too.
I know, it's weird. It's a habit I can't seem to break. I hate getting up and going to the kitchen and the sink has dirty dishes in it. Starts my day off the wrong way.

Some people are like that and there's no crime against it.

I'm really nutty about it now more than ever--we have had emergency ER runs for my son all year long, and I never go to bed without the dishes done, my purse and keys on a chair by the bed, as well as my clean clothes for the next day. Somehow it makes me feel better to know I can be ready in very short order if I need to be.

Best of luck with those holiday decorations. My latest routine is to leave the dishes I use in the sink and every morning before I sit down at the PC I wash them because I know there will be more dishes to add during the day.

I tend to let mine sit, I'm good about running the dish washer a couple days a week.

The dishes can wait until tomorrow since the need to work on decorations of your home is top priority.

You are doing fine Kayla. Is Chilly in the bedroom then?
