In Nepal the majority workforce in tea gardens are women.

There are lovely tea gardens in Nepal at a height above 8000 feet. There is an art of plucking the tea leaves once they are marketable. Women do that the most in Nepal. The way the tea plantations are planted in the terraces in the hills it is really amazing to see.
