Office etiquette and their saddist heads

Most offices in India have lost the good office etiquettes. This is because of the saddist attitude of the office heads. They somehow want to save their chairs by exploiting the other employees be it to the extent of inhuman workload cutting down emergency leaves. My son was not even allowed to do his father's last rights peacefully. His inhuman boss said ' he doesn't care about his anyone's father's death. He wants the work to be completed '.
Employees are forced to take leave if they work from home and her stressed to do overtime work from home. So ultimately it's only the company owners and their heads earn by sucking the blood of the employees. Isn't it so. No doubt stability of employees in corporate sectors are dwindling. Each year lacks of employees quit their jobs for another. This job quitting has become frequent. Our former Indian President Dr. Kalam was very right in saying that " Love your job not your company as the company will stop loving you one day".
It's better the corporate world do away with their atrocities in office and adopt healthy office etiquettes or else they won't survive for long.

That the heads don't understand. They are busy manipulating the balance sheet.

Your son's boss is very inhuman. Here, I think even the meanest boss would not do this to his/her staff.

Yes, some bosses are very mean and that's the reason some MNCs are forced to pack up and leave from India.

@Beestring That's to sell their products. Their products are too costly. So I don't think so they will go too far.

@aninditasen But the MNCs can hire better people to lead the corporation in India, instead of just leaving. I heard that Apple is planning to invest more and build bigger plant in India.

It's the same with me. I had some good principals in different schools and some really inconsiderate ones.

No. My son is a project manager in his company and gets no sympathy when he or his family members are sick.

Those types of people who think they are God should be lined up and fired.

He did perform his father's last rights but kept on disturbing him by calling him several times for official work.

Yes, that's the reason most MNCs lose employees every year.
