Job response, job interviews, job training- All are farce now. / myLot

It disgusting when job sites send you job response from companies where you don't have your expertise. A company has been sending me emails continuously to write content on physics, chemistry, advanced mathematics though I have answered their emails time and again saying them that I was a postgraduate in English and can't handle these subjects. Another website is constantly insisting to follow them on LinkedIn. Another online teaching site "Planetspark " conducted a long training since 28th November '22 ,said one day that my video recording was too short. They asked me re-record it. When I asked them to email the link, they sent a rejection email. Aren't these all farce. Aren't they taking the job aspirants for a ride and somewhat cheating us and wasting our time?

They should level up on profiling. I think they are the one that needs training than the applicants.

You are right. The lady training us had only a year experience in teaching and the ones evaluating our mocks were inexperienced. So I don't care a fig for their rejection.
