Pennsylvania police officer rescues an injured owl found on the side of the road

Thanks to a concern animal lover who showed compassion for an injured owl that was seen on the side of a road in Penn Township Pennsylvania on Monday evening, a Penn Township Police Officer named David Irvin answered the call to take care of the injured owl. Officer Irvin was able to locate the injured owl who was likely struck by an auto since owls have terrible luck trying to avoid getting hit by autos who travel on the roads while owls are in the path of the auto. Officer Irwin was able to make a phone call to an official with the Pennsylvania Association of Wildlife Rehabilitators who took the owl who suffered a head injury to be taken care of and hopefully make a full recovery from the effects of the auto accident.
