My lunch is being a brunch. Plans for this evening with visitors.

I checked the fridge as I´m going for a week to Dixie´s. I found some mushrooms left that were not fresh enough to take to Dixie´s. So I fried them in butter, cut up some Italian bread I bought for this evening and ate that. In a while I will mix some rice with a rest of mayo I have and will see what to add to eat for a sort of salad. I might wash some lettuce to add and some green olives. Anyway, I need some lettuce leaves to make sandwiches this evening. I also with make some mayo-tomato-green hot chile sandwiches too. I will also place some salami, bologna and cheese slices to eat with bread. For sweets, I have ice cream, my apricot jam and a couple of slices of panettone. I decided against avocado (I´ll take it to Dixie´s) pate (it will go to Dixie´s too) and I´ll take with me the rest of the hot chiles, a couple of tomatoes, a zuchinni and the rest of the lettuce. I´m looking forward to going to Dixie´s and not as much as having my brother. It is a pity but it is not my fault that they decided that I was "unbearable" (my brother in law´s words). I am so blessed that I´m surrounded by dear friends who accept me as I am Do you think that all this is enough? BTW, I´mm using my best china too (my mother´s). I have it because they did not want it. My gain. See you. I´ll go for something to eat. I can´t make anything for the evening yet as it is too hot.
