For every family in every part of the world new year is special. So the first day of the year 2023 is spend in green lawns, clean swimming pools and natural habitats. It is special for every person and even the sunrise and sunset look new because it is the first day of the year.

Happy New Year! I prefer to spend my New Year's Eve in a much colder climate, sitting by a fire.

@sathviksouvik I would if I could, but I am away from a fireplace at the moment, and will be all night. It is also too hot here today to put on a fire. We had a major snowstorm the weekend of Christmas, but it had rained since, and gotten warmer. Snow will be here again soon, and maybe then I will take a picture by a fire.
