I am just back from the cinema. I saw the hottest movie: AVATAR: THE WAY OF WATER, it is really fabulous, fantastic, outstanding and marvelous! The digital techniques are awesome! I wore a pair of 3d glasses and it was so vivid. I like the directer Cameron, his masterpiece TITANIC is also one of my favourites. I saw the documentary on the making of TITANIC, he is so talented and passionate, I like his movies so much. Have you seen AVATAR? What do you think of this movie and what kind of movie do you like?

You couple are really humorous. I went to the cinema with my hus, my two daughters, my hus said it was just a movie with nothing typical, nothing to compare with the Avatar I, my elder daughter totally had no idea of what this movie was about but felt interesting of the 3d pictures, my younger daughter felt noisy and covered her ears for a whole 3h, only me excited all through the movie. So I can tell that everybody would have a different idea. As the words goes, there would be a thousand Hamlets in a thousand readers' eyes.

@MrDenata Hi Ric, I joined mylot in 2008, and I did some posts then never came here except last year, then disappeared again. The other day I just wanted to check my profile and this time I have funSo I guess I will stay for a longer timeNice to chat with you. On falling asleep during a movie, I only had a sound sleep last year when accompanying my daughters to see Tom and Jerry the movie, both my hus and I felt bored and played phone games, then we fell asleep and I really had a sound one.

I haven't seen this. They do some marvellous things with 3D nowadays.

Yes, techniques are much more advanced. But I also like classic 2d films, like GHOST, SHAWSHANK'S REDEMPTION, THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA and many others. Those are the ones by which you are deeply touched.

I saw the first Avatar on the computer. I haven't seen the second Avatar yet. I seldom go out because of COVID-19

Hi there. Here most people have been recovered from covid so we dare go out to the cinema. But we are not sure if there would be other variants since Spring Festival is coming many people will come back from other cities. Anyway, take care of yourself!

@zhangxueying Yeah and there could be post-symptoms. So we need to rest for a month. I just talked with a friend with one of my friends, she had covid again and she told me to be careful and get enough rest.

@maggiesunjuan Today is the twelfth day of my infection. We occasionally have cough symptoms and occasionally feel stuffy due to the cold weather. I know we haven't fully recovered. The recovery period of COVID-19 is very long and there are repeated cases.

I'm really into 3d movies. It's like you are really standing by, being participated in.
