How many of you take a nap

Somewhere I studied that taking a nap between work helps us to complete the work and we even feel energetic. So I decided to take nap in between the works. Bur I realised that as soon as I take nap my eyes don't open I usually sleep whenever I take nap. But still I am trying to learn how to take nap. What about you do you take nap during works what are the advantages

When I go to the university it is not possible to take a nap. When I am at home there is a chance. Sometimes on sundays I take an afternoon nap

Whenever I go for traveling I get some amount of sleep in bus itself

Its not possible to take nap during work hours and i dont have the habit

I usually have a very good night' s sleep so l hardly ever take a nap during the day.

I don't have the habit of taking naps, but I think the habit of taking naps is very good
