I made biscuits and gravy for lunch today. We had sausage crumbles that I picked up from snack guy earlier this week, so it didn't even really take that much time to make the gravy.
With the biscuits and gravy, I made cheesey eggs.
It turned out way better than I thought it was going to, that was the first time that I have ever used pre cooked/frozen sausage crumbles to make gravy.
What did you have for lunch today?

@thislittlepennyearns All I drink lately is water and Gatorade/Powerade. This is probably the most I've been hydrated lol. But at least I'm improving the habit lol. Have YOU been staying hydrated lol?
Ooooh. My older sister likes cheddar broccoli soup. My younger sister told me to try the butternut squash soup we have because it might help with my cough. She said it tastes like pumpkin, so I'll give it a whirl tonight or tomorrow. I'm a picky eater, but a little more open to trying things these days.
I have a hot chocolate because chocolate has caffeine lol. I noticed my hot chocolate yesterday didn't irritate my cough as badly as coffee or soda would. I NEED the caffeine right now.

@tammys85 I haven't drank much soda in the last few weeks. I have been drinking propel, water, or sweet tea.
I like butternut squash soup. I don't get it very often, but it's pretty good.
That's why I've been drinking tea, at least it has some caffiene lol

I hope you are staying hydrated lol.
Sounds yummy. I am eating soup right now. Well I made some instant rice, and then made some cheddar broccali soup, and mixed them together. LOL

Never tried pre crumbled sausage, I'll have to try that. In fact, I don't recall ever seeing any. Looks good. Thanks for the share.

I had a cup of mushroom soup. It was enough for me.

I love mushroom soup. I will mix cooked rice in mine sometimes.

@thislittlepennyearns For me, I usually buy rice since it just cost about $0.50.
Talking about instant rice, is it like you need to microwave it?
