I just got done eating. I whipped up some bbq chicken, mac and cheese and crescent rolls for dinner tonight. She child ended up going to bed at around six thirty because of her headache. I just got her up and made sure she didn't want something to eat and had her go to the bathroom. She's already asleep again.
Anyway, I cooked the chicken low and slow on the stove, with bbq sauce and seasonings. I usually make homemade mac and cheese or at the very least the Liquid gold Velveeta mac and cheese, but all we had on hand was Kraft, so that's what we had tonight. Used up one of the dollar tubes of crescent rolls from snack guy and we called it a meal.
So that's what we had for dinner here, what went on the table in your neck of the woods?

I love Kraft mac and cheese, but there's no way I'll ever pay the price for it. Besides, the generic stuff is usually just as good in my opinion. But I am a sucker for mac and cheese—and nothing like homemade, but I never make it. lol
For dinner I made braised boneless, skinless chicken thighs with tater tots and salad on the side.

I used to like it. I hate the powdered cheese crap. I like the velveeta liquid gold.
And I make bomb jalepeno cheddar mac and cheese or bacon bac and cheese.
I am making beef strogonoff tonight.
