2023 Health Journey | Day 12 | Next Week's Plans

Hello again everyone. How are you all doing? I am about to get some sleep, but wanted to share my journey post for the day. The scale was up this morning, not sure why. However, I did wake up with my sugars under 200 for once. I did have carbs today so I am sure it will be up again tomorrow. What did I eat today? Meal 1 - low carb wrap, pizza sauce, pepperoni and cheese Snack - Doritos - was on the road Meal 2 - Sonic - chicken tenders and tater tots. I did only have 2 meals....so hopefully that will help. ---------- Plans for next week: I will try to do the intermittent fasting - only eating between noon and eight PM. Not sure if daily at first. I also will try to workout at least 4 days a week to start out. I will be eating as low carb as possible, though some days may have a small amount of carbs from things like potatoes. Not often though. We'll see how that works out.

I was diagnosed as being obese I eat to much and it’s my fault. I’m almost 30 pounds over weight and they probably don’t have tents in my size. I keep eating sugar and carbs. I don’t eat a whole lot of it, I skip meals, yet I’m still huge.

Well I am 100 pounds or more overweight. I don't think it matters how much you eat if you are eating sugar/carbs. Your body holds onto fat, and water weight, etc...
