What's going on the dinner table tonight? Share with us! I'm trying a new recipe for skillet French onion chicken from the Skinnytaste web site. To go with it I'm going to have leftover jasmine rice from yesterday along with some steamed broccoli. It smells great in here! Just waiting on the cheese to melt on the chicken. That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!

I scored a really good deal on chicken (which I'll post about later), so I'm making a mock Thanksgiving dinner tonight with roast chicken, potatoes, stuffing, green beans, and cranberry sauce.

That's definitely delicious. Dinner for me is rice and milkfish seasoned with pepper. vinegar and salt. With banana juice, it's a perfect meal for me.
