National Cheese Lovers Day is celebrated today!! Say "Cheese"!!

Hi guys, Hope you all are doing good. I am doing fine as well. As you read the title of my post, you heard it right!! Today it's "National Cheese Lovers Day". Let's say " Cheeeese"!!!! Most of the countries are known for their speciality in cheese like Switzerland for their "Swiss Cheese". Italy is famous for their wide variety of Cheese as well. So many recipes are incorporated by using cheese like Pizzas, Lasagnas, Casedilla, Mac n Cheese, Pastas, Fondue, Cheesecakes Pastries etc. There are so many varieties of Cheese like Mozarella, Cheddar, Parmesan, Camembert, Blue cheese etc. Everyone can celebrate this day by having some cheese or by making some delicious dishes which includes Cheese. Some fun facts of Cheese are as follows:- 1) There are some 20,000 varieties of Cheese which exist around the World. 2) Cheese takes up about 10% of the volume of the amount of milk it was made from. 3) Queen Victoria had received a "Giant Wheel of Cheese" as a gift for her wedding weighing over 10,000 pounds. 4) An old law in the US State of Wisconsin used to require restaurants to serve cheese with every meal. Let's enjoy some Cheese today by indulging in our favourite dishes. One can order or make at home. I personally like having Cheese but have it occassionally and in portion control way. It's fine to indulge in your yummy food which makes our soul happy. One can always eat in portion control manner and then work it out to get rid off those calories!! My favourite dishes with Cheese are Pizzas, Lasagnas, Mac n Cheese, Fondue, White Sauce Pasta etc. Let me know what's your favourite dish. How often you eat it? Do you order or make at home?
