The Doomsday Clock was created by a group of scientists who published the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists beginning in 1947. This bulletin was founded by such scientists as Albert Einstein and J. Robert Oppenheimer, even those who helped develop atomic weapons in the Manhattan Project. They knew the dangers facing the world firsthand. It has been their practice to assess each January how close the world has come to its possible end. They use their knowledge of the changing world order and move the clock as appropriate. In March 2022 globally-recognized leaders in control of the infamous Doomsday Clock set the clock to 100 seconds to midnight. This is because of the threat Russia invading Ukraine has posed to the world. Russia's president Vladimir Putin's threat to up the present nuclear alert levels and to utilize nuclear weapons if NATO comes on board is an ongoing threat. On Tuesday, January 24, 2023, the scientists set the clock closer than ever before. This is because of the rise of disease, nuclear war, and climate unpredictability that continues to rise. Due to all of this, they have set the symbolic Doomsday Clock to 90 seconds to midnight. Tick.....Tick.....Tick

I think the Mission Impossible team (the originals) should be sent in to neutralize the Putin effect...

I read about this. We really need to wake up and smell the coffee. These threats are real and must be addressed.

I've heard of it, but didn't know it was real.
