I've just been shopping down town for the first time since Christmas! I saw 4 swans while walking round Stowe Pool. 3 of them were white but one still had its brown cignet feathers although it was nearly as big as the other 3. It must be an adolescent. I've seen them before. Also as I was walking round Stowe Pool there was a small dog infront of me, a kind of Shi Tzu type thing, and every couple of yards he'd cock his leg up and do a wee. Sometimes he'd do it against something like a post or a bench, but sometimes he'd do it in open space! I went to the post box first to post a letter for my Welsh penpal and some of Mum's competitions off the TV. Then I went to Holland and Barrett and got 2 packets of liquorice, 1 for me and 1 for my Mum, some strawberry and cream flavoured sweets for my Mum and a little box of elderflower flavoured sweets for me, all sugar free, 2 bars of sugar free chocolate for my Mum and 3 packets of seaweed thins for me. Next I went to Tesco and I got 2 lots of strawberries, a cucumber, a jar of pickled red cabbage and a tube of Pringles crisps. After that I went to Waterstones book shop and got a phone holder for my brother for his birthday to go with the spill proof mug that I got the other week from the big Tesco. Lastly I went to Iceland (the shop not the country!) and I got a bag of mini sausage rolls, a chicken and prawn paella and some lamb burgers for my Mum. Then I came straight home, without going to the toilet first. I tried to take a picture of a robin in the hedge on the way home but he was too fast for me! See picture above! I walked back round Stowe Pool. The swans were over the other side now. And I came home and quickly went to the toilet because I was bursting by then! I gave Mum her change, receipts and shopping list and then I unpacked the trolley. After that I collapsed onto the sofa exhausted! How is your day going? I hope you are all having a nice day.
