Frequent change of temperature is leading to different diseases.

January 30, 2023 3:01am CST
In Calcutta all of a sudden the cold weather disappeared. Temperature rose from 15 degree celsius to 19 degree celsius. Yesterday again it came to 14 degree celsius. This frequent change of temperature is leading to different sickness like throat pain and fever. Patients have no other way but to take antibiotics

Indeed, it's the same here in our region. Forgive my ignorance but I thought Calcutta would be warmer than 15 degrees C. My kids are also suffering because of abrupt weather changes. one has sore throat and one has colds now.

Changing weather causes colds and flu. We have to dress warm and be prepared and lemons and orange juice is very good for preventing colds.
