Good morning from here in the Philippines. It's 6:27am of Tuesday here. January 30th at 8pm. I started my workshift with a new supervisor and a new teammates. There's pros and cons with this new update. Let me tell you more about this. Last year (December), there's series of customer service representatives (CSR) in our online shopping site whom been remove from the account and transferred to another account due to low performance. Although, my performance is not that high but not that low also. I was not included to the removal of the current online shopping site account. I'm still intact with the account. Every week of January, there's still series of CSR's removal and transferring to the another account. Then, finally started yesterday (January 30th), there's removal of supervisors and transfer to different market/account also in which include my previous supervisor. My former team breaks into two teams. Some of us transferred to a Top team in the US Market. And some of us transferred to a supervisor who's new in the US Market. Although this supervisor is not already new because he's already old in the company as a supervisor. The one that I've been with is the Top team in US Market. I'm very glad with that I've been part of this new team and new supervisor. The challenging part here is half of that team members are always part of the Top 25 agents every month. My current ranking right now is 94. Although, I've reported for work at home yesterday, however, my new supervisor and my new teammates, I've already met them before. Looking forward that this coming February will be a challenging part in my end.

That's still good news. Which call center do you work for?

@MGjhaud Yes. Thanks for that. However, the management changes mind. We're going back to my old supervisor. Lol. That will start on February 6th.

@MGjhaud For me it's not a good news. I hate my old supervisor. Teleperformance.

@cacay1 My former boss used to remind me before on how I should deal with our foreign buyers. He told me that with British I can close both eyes, with Americans I may close one eye but with Japanese I should open both eyes wide lol.

@florelway I'm happy with my new supervisor. Saddest part, we're going back to the old supervisor starting Monday again. But I talked to my new supervisor that I wanted to stay with him. He said, he will try his best for not letting me go.

Looks like your organizational structure is a bit complicated and very fluid as they can easily move you from one supervisor/team to another. I just hope that you can adjust well with your new team members and with your new boss to report to.

I hope this new supervisor sees you're very valuable to the company and treats you much better than your last supervisor. Good luck!

I hope your supervisor will be good to you as well. I know some supervisors misused their power to bully those below them.
