Discontent between politicians and government employees leads to the assassination of politicians.

On Sunday, two days back an ' Assistant sub- inspector' (ASI) police shot dead the Odisha health Minister on his visit to his own home town Jharsuguda. There has always been a discord between the government officials and the politicians. The politicians often dictate unethical deeds to the government officials and rarely take its responsibility. The foolish government officials sometimes get trapped in these unethical deeds for some temporary benefits. Those government employees who protest are harassed and at times lose their lives too. However this time it's a minister who was shot dead by an ASI at point blank range. A police officer who has several medals and awards in his 28 years of service. What promoted him to do such an ghastly act? Was it inhuman work pressure or some past anger?

Wow that is shocking when someone gets so enraged that way after all their years of being an upstanding citizen.

@shaggin Yes, it's crazy indeed. He could have filed a case in the court. At least he wouldn't be in the jail today.

Whatever the cause, it was horrible to take the life of someone else. Just terrible!

@DianneN Yes, that right. Nobody has got the right to kill anyone. There's the law to handle it whose help they can take. If the minister was unjust to the police officer he could have gone to the court.

The injustice some politicians are doing against the government employees is resulting in such killings. This police officer had a grudge against the minister the media reports.

Yes, sad and a matter of concern too. Why are the good government employees changing?
