Lucky at Bingo / myLot

Today was Student Appreciation Day at our school. It was the end of Catholic Schools Week. Students were able to dress out of uniform, and the last hour of the day, we had a schoolwide bingo tournament. My class was lucky. We had winners in three of the six games played. The prizes were pretty neat and included an Out of Uniform Pass, a Free Bake Sale Item coupon, and a free slice of pizza coupon. We have by the slice pizza brought in every Thursday that the students' parents order online the night before. The kids were very excited that we had more winners than any other class. One of the boys theorized that we were so lucky because I'm retiring this year. I am so lucky to have such a great group of kids this year. Do you play bingo?

I don't get the chance to play bingo often but I did really well on the Queen Mary cruise and won the jackpot - $US6,000. It was pretty amazing.

It is fun but can be frustrating when you just need one more number to make a Bingo and someone else makes theirs first.

Congratulations to your students on their bingo winnings. I played bingo with the in-laws a long time ago. Not a big fan of it. Mom-in-law still goes every week.

Oh how fun! Awwww . . . I think that boy was right! I haven't played bingo in a long time but it's always exciting to play, especially if there are prizes involved!
