Dear Mylotter friends, This past Sunday night when I came home from work in an Uber, I lost my cell phone. I originally had scheduled a Sunday ride with my bus, but it was mis-scheduled for Monday afternoon instead. So I had to take an Uber both ways for work. I've thought I lost it in the Uber car as I stepped inside. But after 48 hours when I communicated with Uber and my driver, it's no longer found. She had search high and low for it and cleaned it thoroughly. I have no idea where it could be, since I don't see it in my apartment building either. I know it's dead and out of battery. And the last place it was seen and working, according to Find My Device, was 11 minutes away from Goodwill. I don't think I dropped it there. It was probably the last place it was on before my battery died. I've left a message to my church friend to see if she can drive by that area and see if it's on the sidewalk somewhere tomorrow. So with no luck from Uber, I'm going to buy a new phone tomorrow morning, and hope it arrives on Friday afternoon, or Monday at the latest to start all over again. I'm going to talk to my landlady, and the cashiers at Goodwill tomorrow to see if anyone turned it in there. Everything's gone. To make things even worse, my computer froze yesterday morning including the mouse. I really hate Chromebook now. So now I can't access Gmail and my Google account, since I need it to verify it by code via text or Gmail for authentication. And I can't do it either way now. I've lost all of my photos of my zoo animals I've taken, except for my last two I've sent to Drive this past weekend to share with you. Now I have to take new ones when I get a chance this weekend or next month. Right now, I'm only here via guest account, and can't even do Upwork this week at all. So I'm totally bummed this week. I'll post my belated recipe report card hopefully on Saturday after I volunteer at the zoo, or Monday at the latest (my day off). I'll also post my belated February recipe list on Monday afternoon hopefully too. Have a good week. I'll check back in if there's any news and do a Week 2 at Goodwill report on Saturday evening.
