Have you tried the Molecular gastronomy? / myLot

I haven't tried it before but I watched it online. It is a beautiful cuisine. However, I wonder whether I can be full since the portion seems to be quite little. Of course the price for Molecular gastronomy is very expensive. Today I watched a movie called The Menu. The cusines are quite beautiful but I think a real cheese burger will suit me much more

I found its meaning online: Molecular gastronomy, or progressive cuisine, is a movement that incorporates science and new techniques in the preparation, transformation and artistic presentation of food. It is the study of molecules as they relate to the chemical and physical processes of cooking.

@youless Ok so it is a study or a preparation style not the actual food itself. Never tried it ..the portion size seem very small so it won't full my belly
