At last I got my free servicing for my kutchina kitchen chimney.

I called the customer care yesterday complaining how the dealer avoided conducting the last free servicing of my kutchina kitchen chimney and that extended the warranty period. They however denied to do the free servicing and wanted to charge for it.I did threatened them that I would lodge a complaint with the consumer forum. I did lodge a complaint through email with the consumer forum. Who reacted I don't have any idea, the company or the consumer forum personnel. Today morning the technician called up from the dealers side and came and did the servicing free of cost and didn't ask for servicing fuel or any tips. Really sometimes you have to take firm steps to exercise your normal rights.

Thanks, I am happy it's done but we still need to make lot of improvements on the shady works of different companies. They are cheating the customers in different ways.
