In Udayasamudra Resort in Kovalam in Kerala there are three swimming pools. While one of them which is a bit deep is for the expert swimmers. There is a pool with shallow waters only for the beginners. There is another pool for children and grown up where the colour of the tiles of the bed of the pool indicate the type of the pool. Swimming is a lovely exercise and also relaxing exercise.
