My whole body aches

I hurt so bad the past two days since picking up a grocery order at Walmart and the guy just threw it in the trunk with the 25 pound bag of cat litter on top of everything. I had a box and two bags to put it all in, but he threw it around and a lot at the back of the trunk where I couldn't reach. I had to pack it when I got home and use my cane to reach for stuff. I was so sore by the time I got inside. I've hurt ever since.
