Since, I've requested to be removed from my old supervisor, yesterday, I was transferred to the team that I've been for a week previously as I've discussed here already.
I don't want to be with my old supervisor who uses his power as a supervisor to take against me of what he wanted.
I've escalated my request to be transferred to another team. And been granted.
One of my former teammates asked, why I left at our group chat instantly.
I just answered "For respect, I don't want to read your discussions since I'm no longer part of the team."
And they've sent an emoji with a laugh.
In your case, if you'll be transferred to another team, are you going to do leaving the old group chat as well?

In my previous job, if you left the group, you were blocked from their chat group immediately.

@luisga814 I see... I would think leaving a disgruntled teammate in the common chat could cause problems.

@DaddyEvil In our case, it depends if the supervisor will remove you at the chat group or not. Mostly, team members will be the one to leave voluntarily.

@rakski In my new team with Anton, they have existing group chat already. But for my another team this coming Monday (Feb20) under Eduardo, I'm not yet a member of his group chat. Maybe soon.

@db20747 Honestly, I have some friends in my old group. However, I've mentioned to them, if I'll need to contact them or vice versa, just send a private message not on the group chat.
