Not going to the little Tesco again.

I am feeling a lot better now, but I still don't feel quite up to going to the little Tesco again. Instead I am sitting here doing MyLot and watching the telly. Claimed and Shamed is on at the moment. I can't believe the fraudulent claims that some people come out with. Our doorbell is now fixed. A new battery has been inserted so now we will know if someone is at the door. Mum is going to go to the little Tesco again later instead of me. But she should be going earlier than she usually does because later for dinner we're having fish and chips from the fish and chip shop as it's Valentine's day today. We always have fish and chips from the chippy when it's a special occasion like birthdays, anniversaries and Valentine's day. Now Homes Under the Hammer has just started! (See picture above) I hope you are all well. Have a nice day.

Is it a good movie - Homes Under the Hammer? What's it all about?

@sharonelton That's wonderful. The title of the TV Program is very catchy: Homes under Hammer. Any idea about that?

@Nakitakona It's simply because when things are bought at auction you say they've gone 'under the hammer'.

It's not a movie. It's a programme that is on every morning in the UK at 10:15am on BBC1 and it's about people who buy property at auction. We see what the property looks like first, then see who bought it and how much they paid for it. Then we find out what they are going to do to the place, how long it will take and what their budget is. Then later on we go back and see what they've done to the place, how much it cost and how long it took them. Then we get in some experts who take a look and tell us what the property is now worth and what income they could get if they rented the place out. There are usually 3 properties each episode.

Television is a great distraction if we're stuck at home not feeling well. Enjoy your fish and chips.

I enjoy watching Homes Under the Hammer too. Do you watch escape to the country?, where the people have a huge amount of money to buy a big house. I always laugh when they are looking around a massive house and then they complain that the rooms are too small.
