National Muffin Day is Today!! Inspiring story of Muffin Man!!!

Hi guys, Hope you all are doing good. I am doing well too. I have been busy these days with studying and appearing for job interviews. Yes, I haven't got job yet. It's little disheartening but I am keeping my hopes alive with a positive mindset. Anyways, it's night here. I got some free time now so thought to come here. I came across this day today as "National Muffins Day". I came across this beautiful, amazing, heartwarming and inspiring story so thought to share it with you guys here. The history behind celebrating this day is linked with a man named Jacob Kaufman who use to work in a tech company. One morning, on the way to work, he took a bag of muffins with him and handed over to the homeless people in the city where he worked. It soon became a success and he started doing it regularly and making more muffins to meet the demand. Some people started to affectionately refer him as " The Muffin Man". He regularly kept doing this and he realised that apart from giving to the "needy" people, he also started giving attention to them and connecting with them on personal level. For years, he kept on doing this noble work. One blogger named Julia Levy came to know about him and mentioned his story in a blog after which they collaborated together in order to help more "needy people" in other places. The result of their conversation was the inception of "National Muffin Day" back in 2015 which inspired people to bake muffins and raise money for homeless shelters. It's such an amazing and inspiring story which moved me emotionally so had to share it here. We all love having muffins. I generally like Chocochip Muffins, Vanilla and Tutifruiti ones.
